Ingredients: 4 salmon fillets. 1/2 cup pomegranate molasses. 2 tablespoons coconut aminos. 2 cloves garlic, minced. 1 tablespoon grated ginger. 1 tablespoon olive oil. Salt and pepper, to taste. Pomegranate arils, for garnish optional. Fresh parsley, for garnish optional.
Instructions: Preheat oven to 400F 200C. In a small bowl, whisk together pomegranate molasses, coconut aminos, minced garlic, grated ginger, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Place salmon fillets in a baking dish lined with parchment paper or lightly greased. Pour the pomegranate molasses mixture over the salmon, ensuring it's evenly coated. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork. Garnish with pomegranate arils and fresh parsley, if desired, before serving.
