Ingredients: 1 lb salmon fillet, skinless. 1/4 cup breadcrumbs. 1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped. 1/4 cup red bell pepper, finely chopped. 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped. 1 egg. 1 tbsp lemon juice. 1 tsp Dijon mustard. 1/2 tsp garlic powder. Salt and pepper to taste. 4 burger buns. Lettuce leaves for garnish. 4 slices of tomato for garnish. 4 slices of red onion for garnish.
Instructions: Put the salmon in a bowl after cutting it up. To the bowl with the salmon, add the egg, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Also add the red onion, red bell pepper, fresh parsley, and breadcrumbs. Until everything is well mixed. Make burger patties out of the four equal parts of the mixture. Put a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat and oil it a little. They should be cooked all the way through and have grill marks after about 4 to 5 minutes on each side. Put the burger buns on the grill and toast them for one minute, or until they get a little brown. Toast the burger buns and then spread the spicy mayo recipe below on them. On the bottom half of each bun, put a salmon patty. Add lettuce, tomato slices, and red onion slices on top. To put the burgers together, put the top bun on each one.
