I was bored tonight so I decided to play Russian roulette with “The Ultimate A-to-Z Bar Guide,” the first cocktail book I ever owned.

I landed on a Gin Aloha. While I’d never heard of it, the elements all spoke to me – Gin (Ventura Spirits’ Wilder Gin of course because it’s amazing), Cointreau, orange bitters (I used (Hella Cocktail Co’s) and pineapple juice.
