Believe it or not, there was once a time when Gillian was carefree and easygoing. That all had changed when she had started her training, but suddenly that was something that didn’t exist for the girl. A bright smile formed on the girl’s lips as she took a bite of the Twizzler she was eating and leaned towards the man sitting beside her, “Did you know the movie theater downtown is running a classic horror movie marathon until Halloween now? I’m so excited that I can barely contain it!”
There was something familiar about the girl he found sitting next to him, but Dimitri couldn’t tell if it was the same scent or just very similar to the slayer girl’s. It was obviously not the slayer, but the scent was far too close and was throwing him off. He was planning on keeping his distance and perhaps follow the girl to see where she led him to, but that plan was ruined by the initiated conversation. He put on his trademark smile as he turned to her. “Is that so? I’ve always had a strange fondness for classic horror -- I’m glad I’m not the only one to share in that. I take it that perhaps you will be going? Is it tonight?”
