Do you ever notice when you make a decision and the universe (or whatever you choose to call it) gives you confirmation you're on the right path? I'm reminded of a friend's tattoo that reads "this too shall pass" and recalling someone message me this five years ago in the midst of a kidney stone crisis. I had no humour in that moment! I thought she was being insensitive... or maybe not... Now finding myself with kidney stone 2.0 (eek!) my perspective on the whole situation is so much lighter. So I've embraced the concept to help it pass, but this time with self-care: took two days off work, asked for help (out of the comfort zone), visited A&E (despite covid), spent more time sleeping than I thought possible, trying to get comfortable (seemingly futile) and check out the gift the universe sent me... yes, the veggie department is my happy place!! A fun little gift of love waiting just for me! What does this have to do with tea and soap? As it turns out, we've recently changed the name of our lovely green bar to Align-mint. Coincidence?
