Thank you! Talent? I’m joking. Honestly, it’s hard to explain. Anyway, making sure your videos files are of good quality is really important. My style of making gifs has evolved so much over the years; if I showed you my gifs from 2012 or 2020 and the ones I’m making now in 2026, there’d be a difference, even though the basics stay the same. You can check out this post which explains what kind of sharpen I use, but to be honest, I’ve changed things again since then.

I’m still discovering new tips on my own even today. For me, asking how I make my gifs like this is like asking artists to explain how they draw or paint this way. You use the right tools and figure it out by looking for tips. It’s just our own way of seeing things and working on them in our minds. Trying to copy a particular creator or wanting to look like them is pointless. And that’s what makes an artist unique, just like gif creators who have their own signature styles. Make your own. :)
