Saw your posting earlier regarding your struggles with self harm. I completely understand what you are going through. All the logic in the world means very little once your thoughts wander to that dark place. But. I just want you to know that I am always here for you. Anytime. I’ll probably say this 83920 times but you’re beautiful inside and out! The song I linked is a song that helps me when I’m feeling down. In fact… the entire TWLOHA movement helped me a great deal. I’m not actively involved in the movement but the music produced from it helped/helps me during those dark periods. Maybe it will help you. *hugs*
