Stanley Park British Columbia. Every time we go out to Vancouver we have to stop to say hello to this big old tree. Long dead sadly. But I guess we can dream of standing in the shadows of such a gentle giant.

One-Quarter Pano Sunday on our way home from a nice weekend with friends near the Pacific Coast, we stopped to go hike up to "The Giant Cedar." I was surprised to see it was long dead and hallowed out. I could imagine a "Land Before Time" scene where this tree existed, it's enormous and you can walk inside it.
