gwyneira eunha jeon is born on christmas eve in 1998 in swansea, wales — the day before her mother passes away due to complications of her birth. eira was born premature, with several medical issues that severely effected her heart and was to undergo various surgeries... until she seemed miraculously cured the moment her mother died. it caused a bit of a stir to her rather devout family; her grandparents believed it was some prodigious act of god whilst her father puts his faith in it being her mother’s sacrifice. eira, over the years, has begun to believe that she just has a very attentive guardian angel watching over her.
as a jeon, she the youngest of one of south korea’s most influential families. her father’s side of family has, for many generations, held a stake in south korea’s medical industry, with jeon pharmaceuticals owning many private hospitals and a biotech company are under their name. currently, as eira’s networth lies in high billions of won, it is largely due to passive income as a named shareholder in her father’s company though she has little to do with it at all as it’s rather corrupt and she’s always been shielded from it by her father and brothers.
her mother, on the other hand, was a former prima ballerina and at time of death, was the leading artistic director of wale’s national ballet company.
following her mother’s footsteps, as her father had always wanted of her, eira fell into the life of dance very early on. perhaps it was her mother’s blood that made her a prodigy or maybe it was the fact that eira felt she owed that much to her mother, to live up to her name because she’d taken her life.
in any case, by the time she was sixteen she had already made a name for herself in the ballet industry, training first in seoul, then switzerland, russia and paris and then again in korea where she would sky-rocket to acclaim. she was accepted into the korean national ballet as a teenager and by the time she was eighteen, she had become their youngest principal dancer; a feat even her mother had not achieved. this garnered her some level of media attention and adoration in the artistic community, hailing her the shining star of south korea’s classical stage.
by this time she’d fallen into her obsession with dance as an escape, trapping herself in a bubble that consisted only of ballet and nothing else. overtime she’d allowed her pressure for perfectionism to consumer her whole, to the point where paranoia began to sink in and hallucinations from lack of sleep and insomnia detached her from both reality and the people around her. she was rewarded for this, by an international acclaim of her talents and dedication to her art.
she had accumulated a considerable fanbase by this time and to cope with her mental decline and the pressure of the media’s attention — both because of her enchanting talents on stage, able to captivate any audience, but also because of her family’s affluence – gwyneira turned to substance abuse, allowing her to forget and forgo her issues if only for small amounts of time. she traded all that was left of her self-control and sanity for small amounts of happiness in the form of tranquillisers and hallucinogens.
during the last act of her swan lake performance a little over a year ago, her drug use went too far out of hand. she’d completed a brilliant performance by the end of the show, one that would go down in history as possibly her greatest yet, but when the curtain was drawn she’d immediately collapsed and lost consciousness.
she was comatose for two days before waking up in the hospital. her father had later used his connections to push everything that happened under the rug, covering her incident by saying she’d physically injured herself and had to take a hiatus from dance, which keep her name clean in the media. her ballet company, in conversation with her family, allowed her to stay in her position as long as completed a year of rehabilitation and an additional eight months of psychotherapy to allow her to continue dancing as a prima ballerina and principal dancer.
this brings us to the present day when eira’s just returned from rehab which she’d covered as an extensive retreat in a foreign country for physiotherapy purposes (as people believe she’d broken her leg). rather than immediately returning to the seoul that haunts her nightmares and where rumours about her a rife, she is now spending some downtime at her dad’s old apartment in noeul gardens, busan, whilst she attends psychotherapy there and returns to dance practice, having deferred for a season to the busan ballet company for training. though eira is still a little away from returning to the stage with her old company, south korea’s high society and the classical art enthusiasts are all reeling from the return of their beloved swan queen.

dad supported this aspiration, mom not so much??? she watched her husband aspire and fall short of his dreams, didn't really want daesung wasting time doing the same shit which she didn't hesitate to tell him in softer terms, but daesung is nothing if not stubborn
dad suddenly passed away in 2008, which left the family in a rough spot mentally and financially considering daesung's mom is a hairdresser who at that time still hadn't been able to open her own salon ^^ rather than seeking comfort in each other, daesung & his mom drifted apart and never fully got back to where they were before
this is sorta where daesung's escapist tendencies started??? always looking for a distraction, went through a period where he got into many many many fights and was doing drastic things for attention but eventually returned to using music as an outlet -- got into other genres, started learning how to dance
ended up signing to GOLDEN T in 2013, was pretty much immediately thrown into a competition show that he wasn't ready for and was torn to shreds by viewers/judges alike... still ended up debuting 'cause he learned to use humor to cope and turns out people might like you if you're half cute and can make them laugh!
debuted with CAERUS in 2014. target of a lot of criticism and debate for the first couple years of his career, from "does he deserve his spot in the group?" to "he's holding the others back" but he worked extremely hard to improve and get to where he needed to be ^^ eventually grew on the public :~)
TW DISORDERED EATING that said, being a target did fuck with his mentality a lot and certain comments abt his appearance mixed with his own insecurities led to him binging / purging on and off for about a year and a half. did seek help and recovered but still has a weird rs with food because of it, doesn't like to eat in public and won't go on reality shows that make a big deal out of meals END TW

has very eclectic interests, from skateboarding & thrifting to high fashion, history & circus clowns -- used to be a very interesting & fun person to be around, but hasn't been particularly passionate about the things he used to love recently. what tf is going on with him?

open, warm, unjudging -- daesung has experienced being an outcast, doesn't want anyone else to feel that way so he's the type of guy who can & will talk to anyone. known to be a very well-liked person among staff and newer idols because he doesn't speak to anybody as if they're beneath him and is quick to offer a helping hand
however, he does have a way of seeming unattainable/unreachable? because while he's so friendly in person, he doesn't often answer texts/calls and whilst he seems so open and honest, a lot of ppl find that they actually don't know him super well

Lilith was born Kwon Areum on a cool fall day in middle of October, a day before Halloween. Lilith grew up with their parents and a older bother, Doyoung.
Being the youngest and the only girl in the family, Lilith had a lot weighing on them due to their fathers strict parenting and him wanting Lilith to get the best education possible. Lilith was enrolled in one of the best private schools on the west coast, an all girl’s boarding school not too far from where Lilith grew up in LA. Needless to say, Lilith hated it. They tried real hard to make their parents happy, but Lilith had always been a bit rebellious, which was what landed them in the boarding school in the first place.
Lilith remained at the boarding school until they were fourteen and it was then that their father was offered a job in Korea. Although, Lilith despised the boarding school, they had managed to make close friends that they were able to cause trouble and give the teachers hell with. They were able to find themselves, somewhat coming to terms with their sexuality, but it was until later that Lilith also discovered their gender identity.
The move to Korea was rough, it was much more strict and Lilith found themselves almost beneath a microscope with all eyes on them, waiting for their moment to mess up. I mean, it made sense to most around Lilith. Their family only moved to Korea to take over their family’s technology business which was quite popular and well liked all over several Asian countries. Lilith, still hated that they expected to be ~perfect~.
It was no wonder that as soon as Lilith turned nineteen they were able to make their own decisions. They started getting into modeling, right after leaving home which helped boost Lilith’s platform as a make-up artist. They were able to afford an apartment with a friend they’d met through their modeling agency, and Lilith finally felt like they were becoming their own person. They haven’t spoken much to their family, mostly because their parents don’t agree with Lilith wild lifestyle of partying, drinking, and active drug use, as well as their new identity, as Lilith Kwon. Now they are working as a model for several clothing brands and a make-up artist for numerous idols.
When it comes to personality, Lil is a firecracker. Lil knows how to have fun! Definitely the life of the party. They are as fake as they come. Will smile in your face then stab you in the back.
Lil has gotten into legal trouble a few times. When they’re under the influence they tend to get loud and reckless and cause public disturbances, especially since they were still heavily involved with the party scene.
Really just hurting inside and wants someone see them for who they are and not for who they want Lil to be.
