Background: I imagine Kokici to be very much like Karako, in that he was an unusually small and weak grub that the Jades took care of until he was healthy enough to make his cocoon. Although he passed his trials he was still very weak and it was a while before a hoofbeast lusus decided to take him in. During his time alone he made friends with other trolls that were in similar situations, either rejected because of weakness, disability, or strange mutations. 

I also imagine him to be similar to Karako in his powerful chucklevoodoos. By using them, he was able to protect himself and his new friends before he got a lusus. Despite this, he doesn’t like to use his powers unless absolutely necessary. He dislikes hurting people and violence in general. That said, he resents his blood color and the caste system as a whole and likes to stir up trouble for other, more stuck-up highbloods whenever possible.

After getting his lusus, he brought his friends along to live in his new home, which eventually became the headquarters for his organization, D.I.C.E.. Their mission was to take in newly rejected trolls and help them to get back on their feet while also causing mayhem for highbloods and drones. Most of the trolls they helped only stayed temporarily, but a few decided to stay and become full-time, permanent members. Therefore, D.I.C.E. eventually grew to have 11 main members, including their supreme leader, Kokici, and connections all over Alternia.

Background:

When asked about her background, Celest would tell you that after leaving the brooding caverns she had the drones build her a magnificent castle far away from any nearby cities. This was where she lived alone until she found her talent in gambling and decided to rejoin society and make her name known. 

No one is sure of her blood color or sign, as many trolls gamble anonymously. Some suspect her of being cerulean due to her eyes, and therefore having mind control powers, which are frowned upon in such games, but so far no one has been able to prove anything. She is known only as Celest Ludber, the Queen of Liars, and she wouldn't have it any other way.

Unfortunately, the truth is far less glamorous.

In truth, Celest is actually Tikoya Suhiro, a cerulean blood with no psychic powers. After leaving the brooding caverns she had a small, humble hive built in a nearby village. She lived there quietly and relatively peacefully until most of her village was burned to the ground due to drone bombings executed by the current heiress. She escaped mostly unscathed with her lusus just barely alive, and took shelter in an ancient and decaying highblood castle hidden away in a nearby forest. 

I’m pretty sure this new extended zodiac is meant for humans and has very little to do with troll signs and troll zodiac signs. For one, it’s based on the original 12 zodiac signs on Earth, not the alleged 48 troll zodiac signs on Alternia. After applying lunar and aspect sway to our 12 signs we get 288 new signs, but just because these signs are canon doesn’t necessarily mean they’re the only troll signs.

So the way I’m thinking is that if our extended zodiac list includes 288 signs but our original had 12, the extended TROLL zodiac would have 1152 signs. Those signs would stem from lunar and aspect sway effecting the original 48 zodiac signs on Alternia.

But then, those signs may have little to do with identity or identification, unless they also happened to be your troll sign. Kinda like how we get assigned a zodiac sign depending on when we’re born. Maybe they get theirs when they exit the brooding caverns? Regardless, I think that if this is the case then most trolls have two signs, one for identification and one for their zodiac, except for in those cases when both signs are the same.
