Since you've been bringing up Monokuma a lot and his credibility as an AI I think it's worth mentioning that not once, in any previous installment, has he actually been an AI. Why would V3 be any different? Of course, that would be super easy to hide with 6 other robot AIs running around. That would also explain why they can reconstruct Monokuma in a matter of days and yet it takes them an entire game to reconstruct the Monokubs. They don't have to rebuild an AI system for him.
Ah. Well, that weird ending with him aside (and DR2 with him being in-simulation), the important part is that Junko was indeed his puppetmaster through the first game, which V3 heavily draws from. Hell, even the Project Zetsubou translation had it asĀ āpuppetmasterā which would likely be theĀ āwire-pullerā meaning of the same ākuromakuā term used for Junko back then!
And yeah, Motherkuma does it pretty much instantaneously! While it took well over a chapter to rebuild the Monokubs I believe, if the rate they were being killed off was too fast for them to bounce back until Chapter 5.Ā Though now we come to this there was also something a bit funky about the Monokubsā AI too, as if they were thrown back in time rather than restored to their factory settings.Ā
Itās as if they were being remade in advance from a certain point, very early on. Since it was Monosuke - the second victim - who made the observation. Either way, it still takes way, waaaay more time than Monokuma does, which makes no dang sense at all if Monokuma is the headmaster and an AI.
