basically etho is a ghost who haunts this one house and impulse moves into said house but can’t move out until he pays it off (think ahs season one like he can’t leave) and etho tries to scare him away but impulse is stubborn and refuses to leave and eventually they kinda just warm up to each other and yeah they’re roommates :3c
