17. What’s something you’ve learned about while doing research for a fic?

Oh man. So many things. Osteogenesis imperfecta. The anatomically accurate terms for the parts of a church. The name of the smallest bone in the human body (stapes). Lazarus syndrome. So much biblical Latin. Average rent price in San Jose, CA. I have that type of annoying have-to-know gene that makes me intensely research every little thing in a fic in case a reader happens to be familiar with the subject matter. I would simply hate to break their immersion. Also, writing Harrow POV really lends itself to making sure you’re right about stuff.

18. What’s one of your favorite lines you’ve written in a fic?
