Victorian inspired morning for antique regressors

🩷 Being awoken gently by your nanny as first light peaks through the lace curtains

🧸After you've wiped the sleep off your eyes you're quickly but gently ushered to the wash basin to be freshened up for the morning time.

🥛Your face and neck is gently washed with a mild rose scented soap and warm water. Your nanny makes sure you sponge wash your hands and arms as well to be sure you smell fresh for the day.

🎠She applies a violet & chamomile dusting powder to you, to help stave off any bad odors for the day.

🕊️Your teeth are brushed, and your Nanny proceeds to get to work on brushing out your hair with a wooden comb and ornate boar bristle brush. She sprinkles the brush lightly with a floral water and then gently works through the tangles and smooths it to prepare it for the day.

🪻After she feels your hair has been adequately seen to, she finishes it off with a smoothing and nourishing bergamot hair oil.

🩷You are then dressed for the day in something smart to have you looking presentable, and your hair is styled in a neat way to give you a finished look. Plaits or pigtails. Ribbons braided in your hair or as a finishing bow to match your outfit for the day. Perhaps curled even.

🥛After you have been dressed and prepared for the day you are ready to start taking on activities for the morning. The first stop while breakfast is being prepared is the music room, to fit in some practice. (You're just starting to learn the piano) to the chagrin of everyone else in the household this early AM.

🧸Or perhaps you are too young to hone in your musical prowess just yet so you while away the time playing with your toys quietly as you wait for the first meal to be prepared. Under the watchful eye of your Nanny of course.

🎠Breakfast is almost ready now, but first we must all gather as a family for morning prayer. The adults in your life lead the family in prayer and a few Bible verses are read.

🕊️Breakfast is ready, so your Nanny leads you to the nursery for the most important meal of the day! Todays ration consists of oatmeal sweetened with sugar and cream, a warm bread roll with butter & fruit jam. A helping of stewed cinnamon apples is available on the side. And you have a large glass of milk to wash it all down.

🪻Once you've finished up all your food you're served a helping of black tea with milk and sugar. (Watered down of course)

🩷After you've finished your tea, you're escorted to morning lessons with your governess. Your morning lessons usually cover reading, writing and arithmetic.

🥛If you're too young to understand advanced topics you still attend lessons, everyone has to start somewhere even if you're just learning your ABCs and 123s! You may be read to, or begin to practice your own reading. But lessons are essential for all ages of course.

🧸The morning is now beginning to come to an end but not just yet, after lessons is your morning walk. You walk the grounds and take in the fresh air with your nanny. Holding hands as you take in the beautiful morning.

🎠You run around, (never too far from her) to burn some pent up energy from all the learning. You pick flowers and skip and yell and jump. Your nanny watches amused. You're a spirited little creature and she loves you dearly.

🕊️After you've been adequately exercised she takes your hand again and you begin your trek back to the house to start the rest of your day 🩷

~A bunch of agere gear showing up (sippy cups showing up in the dishwasher, childish plates and silver ware in the cupboards, cartoon clothes, soft blankets being found in the laundry, a drawer full of pacifiers, etc.)  No one knows where it came from, but it’s in perfect condition and people have grown accustomed to it

*Ghost hugs! Crying and being comforted, tears being wiped away but regressor can't see them

*Only being able to see ghost cg when they're regressed leaving the regressor to spend more and more time small (could be kinds angsty honestly if the character misses their cg or who used to be their cg when they were alive that they hate becoming big again)
