WOOHOO!! One more chapter until the end of Book 2!! And then Book 3 begins!!! 🥳🥳 So nice of you to join us for it, TERZO.... *glares* 👀

I hope you all enjoyed the chapter!! We came back around to the Marika and Judith side story, Primo got to explore, we saw Copia's office being renovated and.... Chain got a little nauseous. 🤔 Wonder why....?

Chapter Cover

There's a lot going on, but let me explain... In the main center is a much younger Primo and Marika paying attention to a very adorable Copia. On Marika's lap is... a child 👀 ... He's blissfully sleeping, completely unaware of his surroundings or anything that is happening. His back is turned, representing him being absent from the Clergy. Same with Second in the background. He's in a very dark place right now, unaware of what's going on and in his own little world. (Him being away paying the mortician a little visit 💪).

Then we have Terzo, for the first time in all of the Book 2 covers, LOOKING at us. In the other covers, he either had his back towards us, eyes closed, or looking away. But since this is the chapter he finally woke up, he is looking forward, connected with our world again. Also, he seems to be the only one aware of the thunder clouds rolling in over the graveyard. Representing his knowledge of danger. Sister stands in front of the mausoleum keeping a watchful eye on the group. The path leads Terzo to her and the danger. His path to death. 🫣

Movie Night!

Terzo loves horror movies.... but Primo ALSO enjoys horror movies! Though, he finds them funny or relaxing. He prefers the classics but he's into newer stuff too when shown! Especially if there's gore! Secondo tries to act like he's not scared when he watches horror movies with his brothers... but he's usually very jumpy afterwards.… Dracula is Terzo's favorite movie! And after Copia mentioned Terzo kind of looked like Bela Lugosi, Terzo bought a cape for himself. 🧛‍♂️

Primo and Marika

Aunt and Nephew... though only 10 years apart. Nihil had Primo very young, though, we'll get into that a little later... Primo and Marika acted more of parental figures to Copia than brother and aunt.

Order of the Ministry

Of course there are Higher Ups! There's ALWAYS someone with more power... 😤 There are multiple Satanic Clergies around the world! The headquarters being stationed naturally in Italy. The other clergies we know about are in Poland (that Terzo was stationed at for a bit) and Sweden! The Council of Heads, which includes Mr. Psaltarian, meet once a year to update each other and discuss future plans of their cause. Sometimes they meet sooner for emergency meetings.

Introducing... Mist!

The first Ghoulette summoned to the clergy by Terzo! He was so overjoyed to meet Mist for the first time, naturally, he spoiled her. 💅 Terzo and Mist would go on shopping sprees and spend a lot of time together... Sometimes Omega got jealous of this. Unfortunately, though... Terzo was forced to give up his Ghouls (Pebble, Delta, Mist, Alpha, Air) to summon a whole new lineup.

The Bride of Frankenstein

Copia decides to continue his and Terzo's movie nights as the storm outside freaks out our poor Frater a bit. And, ahh... What a perfect movie to play during a thunderstorm! Another classic universal movie Terzo can probably recite in his sleep...

Welcome back, guys! I hope surviving the Resurrection Cliffhanger was worth it!! We have finally been officially introduced to V!! 🎉 ...and yes V has a constant problem with doors they are his #1 enemy.

We also got Marika's introduction, Judith, and.... Primo's awake!! 🤩🤩

Also, I must apologize for the "Copia died" jumpscare.... 🤭 Think of it as an early Halloween prank! I told you all Copia would be fine!

I can't believe we're already moving on to Chapter 10 next!! That means that will be the last Chapter in "Book 1"... Then we'll move onto Book 2!!? Really...? 🤯 Crazy!!

I will taking a vacation at the end of October to celebrate Spooky Season, so I'm not sure if Chapter 10 will be a little delayed or not but I will be sure to post something every Friday leading up to it still.

Beginning Scene

The intro to this chapter actually happened... aside from Copia being dead. Yes, it was part of Copia's nightmare but it was also part of Copia's memory he overheard while he was recovering in the infirmary... only he was in a hospital bed and not a glass coffin. That's why the casket was behind the curtain where a bed usually would be.

Alpha's Outburst

Alpha is protective over Omega. They are close... they were summoned together, after all! Whenever Omega gets upset and Alpha can't find a solution to fix it, he gets angry. He is a leader. But when the leader is useless in a situation it can be frustrating.

Medical Magic

It is useful, especially for quick fixes and emergencies. But used too much and it could be more damaging than good. It is a supernatural power and could be dangerous for humans if abused. Nurse Elizabeth was able to save Terzo with it but refuses to risk further treatment until at least after a cool down and his body recovers a little more. Humans cannot handle too much magic until they build up to it, like Nurse Elizabeth with her use of magic. And of course, Primo. And still, Primo continues to caution others with using magic knowing the dangers in it.

Chapter 20: Arrival Of A Secret Agent

I cannot tell you guys how many times I've had to watch this episode for this chapter... I wanted to make sure everything aligned as close as possible to the background, dialogue, poses... That being said, the Ghost Cannon Timeline has officially ended for "Your Friend, Death". All other episodes that are posted after Episode 20 do not exist in this story but I will be using bits and pieces here and there as I see fit to the story :) But for the most part... it's free game now. Anything goes.

Copia Being "Sick"

After the Resurrection, it took a big toll on Copia (he dangerous extended the spell from one soul to three) so he had to be laid up for a couple weeks to recover. The rest of the Ghouls told whoever wasn't involved Copia just "had the flu". V and his Ghouls still don't know anything that has happened yet...
