#ghost hearted

Thank you for asking!! Im very new to this part of myself as well, but so far I mainly listen to music and go on tumblr/Pinterest and look at pictures and other peoples experiences. I try to find certain vibes with music that I connect to, when I first started feeling ghostly I had ghosting by mother mother on repeat lol!!

So now I switch between a crazed shadow scaring people (back to life - mother mother, frontier psychiatrist - the avalanches, under my skin - jukebox the ghost) and a quieter, calmer ghost just sort of floating and fading away (I was all over her - salvia palth, other shoegaze and artists like Ethel Cain and Adrienne lenker)

I also like watching ghost hunting videos like Sam and Colby on YouTube, a hyperfixation on them actually got me awakened as ghostkin! And it’s extra special when they show a ghost or something crazy and I’m like heheh >:)

So I’d suggest looking at what music and what vibe helps you feel most like you!! I use music to relate to every kintype of mine, so it’s a big part of mine. And try going on Pinterest and making a board of ghostly things you connect to, and do the same search on tumblr! And just keep an eye out for what feels like you during this time of exploring your identity, that’s what I’m doing as of late, for example I found I really like feeling breezes on my skin or my hands being cold without me actually feeling cold. Like being sensitive to temperature makes me feel more human and dysphoric!
