Gilmore Girls: A Year in the Life: Fall Review/Thoughts
These are not in order but this is how I typed them...
- Lorelai in the wild... I did not enjoy that much. I was just like: “Go back home!”
- I loved the Life and Death Brigade scenes. Rory saying goodbye to them was bittersweet
- When Logan reached into his pocket for the key, I thought he was going to pull out a ring and I jumped out of my seat
- THE TANGO! UGH TOO MANY FEELS
- Logan and Rory’s last scene killed me
- When Peter appeared I yelled: “Peter!” (I’ve only seen one season of Parenthood so far though...)
- Lorelai calling Emily= ME CRYING A LOT! RICHARD!! UGH
- WHEN LORELAI FINALLY CAME HOME I CRIED AND LUKE’S SPEECH ADHVJEF RIP ME
- LUKE HAD A RING!
- I loved all the Emily scenes. Her saying “bullshit” made my life
- Jess complimenting Luke was cute... but then when he looked back at Rory through the window I was like: “WHY?!” He should be over her imo...
- Rory’s book was cheesy but I liked it
- Lorelai/Emily scene “You need money” I loved it
- Paul Anka and Luke scene was so cute <3
- L/L WEDDING! I GASPED WHEN REFLECTING LIGHT STARTED PLAYING AND THEN I CRIED A LOT
- I really wish we could have seen the big wedding! I really wanted Emily to be there and I wanted to see Lorelai’s dress!
- THE FINAL FOUR WORDS: MY INITIAL REACTION WAS “NO!” AND “REALLY?” (I actually recorded myself watching the wedding and the last scene but idk if I’ll post it.... and I took a picture of myself right before I started Fall and then after I was done watching...)
