Oh dang, guys, I totally almost forgot to post that I went to the gym, and that would've completely negated the whole thing, and we can't have that. So anywho, this is the first time I've been in the gym for a couple weeks due to life and prep/recovery for two comps in a pretty short time span. Feels like I've been out for a lot longer tho, shit was quite wonky. Anywho, I'm still kinda working in the same speed block, although seems like I should start over at this point, but whateva, I'll do what I want. So like before, here's the first and last sets to see how they stack up. Squats and overhead working sets were both eight sets of two reps at 70%, so 150lbs for squat and 90lbs for overhead. I did a set of ten good mornings at 75lbs, but there was a lot of pain in my right glute/hammy area and I decided to call it a day.
