I’m not gonna translate everything, but the gist of this post is that Geto seems to be intentionally written as queer or at least not straight. OP is talking about the “Inoue Waka” scene where Geto asks Gojo if he changed his wallpaper. This is funny because most straight guys would probably engage in some locker room banter upon seeing a popular actress’s photo on their friend’s phone screen. Especially with Inoue who is a “gravure idol” AKA a type of model who primarily models for men’s magazines? Yet Geto’s first reaction was to point out that Gojo changed his wallpaper. Aside from the fact that Geto was observant enough to notice Gojo’s phone wallpaper, it’s interesting how Gojo… had to tell him who she is? It's so unexpected honestly.

Like when I go to jj high I'm not like. At all interested in making friends. Satoru is a cocky pretty boy and pisses me off, Suguru looks like a delinquent, and Shoko smokes like a chimney. I just want to focus on graduating without dying.

However! Shoko and Suguru wear me down and eventually I start hanging out with them more. I still dislike satoru a little bit, until he saves me from a special grade curse and actually seemed quite worried about me. Which led to me going to his room to thank him (awkwardly!!) which led to him kissing me.

Which was weird! Because I thought him and Suguru were a thing™, but he laughed it off when I asked him about it. It did not change the fact that they still flirted incessantly and made eyes at each other every time they were together. And when I would ask Suguru about it, he would also laugh it off and ruffle my hair.

Satoru and I are kind of on an off for a long time because teenagers and because he's kind of flighty. But Suguru would always listen to me and share his snacks, and usually agree with me when I would complain about our mutual (unbeknownst to me) love interest.

He was often the one to encourage me and pick me back up when things got hard. He and I have similar cursed techniques, and he became a rock for me. And I for him.

I think he and I often do (or neglect) our homework together. He often sits with me when everything gets to be too much, watching my favorite movies, or pressing my favorite books into my hands and asking me to read aloud to him. I also headcanon that he plays the piano, and he does so to calm me down quite a lot.

I think Suguru's mental health declined a little slower than shown in the og storyline, because of his support system of friends, though I noticed him slipping more than others. He became more violent, angrier, harder to calm. But still the Suguru that I knew and cared for. I think him relating to me, to the way I absorbed curses kept him from snapping faster than he should have.
