Heart bursting out of my eyeballs thankful. Literally, we went around the table saturday night at a #friendsgiving dinner with a bunch of dear friends and Cryin’ O'Brien was in full effect. By the way to all my friends new and old that are reading this I fucking love and appreciate you SO much! . . I am so thankful for so so much in my life, in my experience of my life, it’s overwhelming at times how much love and gratitude I feel. And I really believe the perspective of gratitude is magic and I want more people to experience the incredible shift that happens when you live in this place more often so I’ll speak to it for a second. . . Gratitude is HUGE. Like I could not be a bigger fan of this state of being, this practice, this tool, whatever you want to call it, it works! . . Spiritual teacher @gabbybernstein plays and teaches the appreciation game which is basically thinking about and all the things that you appreciate (best said out loud and even better to do with friends and loved ones) and just keep going and going until you are so filled with love and appreciation for all the magic in your life. This works great when you are feeling bad and you start small with one little thing you appreciate and then another and then another and then pretty soon you’ve lifted yourself out of the fog and into the good feeling. Because the truth is, good feelings attract more good feelings. And when you see life through the good goggles, everything is sexier…trust! . . So yeah I could go on and on about gratitude but I’ll leave it at that. I AM GRATEFUL!
