This Share n Tear Pizza is a hit with everyone and is great for getting together with family and friends. It's very simple to make and tastes great.
Ingredients: 1 pizza dough. 1/2 cup pizza sauce. 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese. 1/2 cup sliced pepperoni. 1/2 cup sliced black olives. 1/2 cup sliced green bell peppers. 1/2 cup sliced red onions. 1/2 cup sliced mushrooms. 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano. 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder. 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes optional. Olive oil for brushing. Fresh basil leaves for garnish optional.
Instructions: Preheat your oven to 475F 245C. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface into a circle or rectangle, depending on your preference. Transfer the rolled-out dough onto a parchment paper-lined baking sheet. Spread the pizza sauce evenly over the dough, leaving a small border around the edges for the crust. Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese evenly over the sauce. Now, add the sliced pepperoni, black olives, green bell peppers, red onions, and mushrooms on top of the cheese. Sprinkle dried oregano, garlic powder, and red pepper flakes if using over the toppings. Drizzle a little olive oil over the pizza for added flavor. Bake the pizza in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is bubbly and slightly browned. Remove the pizza from the oven and let it cool for a minute or two. Garnish with fresh basil leaves if desired. Slice, share, and tear into delicious pieces to enjoy!
