INTRODUCING THE JUN SERIES! These knives are from a longtime friend and feature excellent geometry being thin, thin, thin. They come in three flavors - a 115mm wa-petty, 150mm wa-petty, and a 165mm wa-santoku - and are AUS-8 stainless steel with stainless cladding for a relatively tough and durable knife despite being so thin.
