I’ve been watching RT since rvb was first shown on a very dilapidated YouTube and machinma site. For years I watched every let’s play, Minecraft, short, etc. I was heartbroken when Monty died, I was sad when Geoff and Griffin broke up. I remember millies little voice when she would first appear and now she’s what, driving age?

I remember all of the fun and delight that AH brought me, and how Ryan would make me laugh and his fun dry humor would make for some of the most memorable quotes. And to have it all picked up and broken over someone’s knee into a thousand pieces is devastating.

But the people, the good people, that worked day and night to make RT into something great and fun and memorable are still there and they’re trying their best to get us back to a place of normalcy.

Don’t forget what has happened, but move on, repair the community and support the good people who were just as blindsided as us, I including his family. They were just as in the dark as any of us were, and it is their burden to be associated with a monster like Ryan turned out to be.

I’ll mourn what has happened and remember how fun it used to be, but it can be fun again. End this chapter and forget him, the greatest insult to a person who derived his entire life from being the center of attention is to be ignored.
