(Reversed AU : Byakuya is the one obsessed with Toko)
I like the fact that Jack still has her memories. She knows about the Tragedy but probably not about the whole shelter thing.
I imagine Byakuya would have stalked her well enough to discover she was Jack, but she wouldn't have been able to do anything about it, not finding him handsome enough to kill.
Back before the Tragedy, Byakuya might have even used it to pressure Toko into some things. Buuut maybe he wouldn't have succeeded to pressure her as far as being his. On one hand Toko wouldn't want to risk some mild blackmailing that he could definitely do, but on the other hand she would rather rot in prison than let him have his way. Plus there might be a chance he's bluffing, since if she goes to prison they'd be separated. But knowing Byakuya he could have his own arrangements for prison, bail her out, have her be in home arrest at a place of his choice, etc.
Hmmm it's an interesting balance.
I also found it weird the state Toko was in the first time Jack woke up. My theory (and it's been a while since I played it, maybe I forgot something) is that the procedure to erase Toko's memories affected Jack as well. Not her memories but the brain took some time to adjust the first time she'd wake up after that.
