Books (there are a plethora that are worth your time and effort)
Networking - Connect with people in the field in person to learn about investing, renovating, flipping, property management for short and long-term rentals and to learn about landlord-tenant laws in your county and state, and more.)
Take a class or seminar in real estate. Check out your local community college or arrange to meet with a realty company to inquire about course options.
