GENCON 2019 Art Haul
I bought So Much Art at GenCon and I finally have most of it framed and hung so I figured I'll do a shout out to the amazing artists that are now decorating my living spaces!
First:
Shycutis (instagram) and @coeykuhn
ShyCutis was lovely to talk to and their style is so fucking gorgeous. Their linework coupled with Coey's coloring works so well together. These are proudly hanging over our respective sides of the bed. Also they were a bitch and a half to hang, but that was our fault for wanting fancy floating frames.

A strong Were-canid. STRONK pose. The bright red and dark blue really do it for me, I didn't even think about it I HAD to have this. The fur texture is also just phenomenal I want to bury my face in that mane.

They were THE SWEETEST person, despite my inability to read any of their signs on the table. My girlfriend and I got matching girlfriend pins (Brandy the Opossum and Ginger the Raccoon) as anniversary gifts to each other. They also gave us a print of the Ice Cream Raccoon despite us not doing the required thing as long as we put it above our trashcan (because they were, and I cannot stress this enough, THE SWEETEST). So now it's on our kitchen counter like a treasured family member.

I had such a wonderful time. I miss it so much already. But! I now have to buy 16 different frames for art between 4 people (I bought the most tho). I'll go through all the artists once they're presentable.

Yesterday GenCon highlights:
Saw 3 other Crowleys and 3 Aziraphales
Went to a geek and sundry meet-up and ended up forming a small circle of ace-spec folks and chatted about our experiences
Hugged so many ppl I haven’t seen in a year!
Scored LAST MINUTE tickets to the cr liveshow
Got a bunch of durian candy during the meet-up and have them to strangers saying I (Crowley) invented them
(In one instance I gave a guy with a free hugs sign a candy after the hug
I passed him later and he turned around to me and said, “wait, you’re Crowley!”
Me: you ate the candy, didn’t you?
Him: yep)
