I'm a very empathetic/powerfully emotional person. My hyper empathy and other strong volatile emotions are insanely difficult to manage sometimes. Having F/Os gives me a place to put that intense love and empathy in that I don't feel overbearing when I gush or love on them, and in a way the constant repetition of loving them/saying they'd love me has really improved my confidence as a person! To have my F/Os to me means having soulmates or bonded destinies. To be entwined in a universe of our own somewhere, and whose bond is so powerful that we can both feel it across that. To me, my F/O is my biggest chearleader and a loyal person who will not leave me no matter what, and they've gone with me through all my ups and downs and make me feel like they don't make me unlovable.

Clancy and Torch feel like...people I've had in my life forever. They feel like people who grew up with me even though i havent' known them long. Seeing them makes me happy. It kind of almost feels like a weird long distance relationship? A yearning for people I can't really have in this reality. I kind of akin it to the vibe of Gwen Stacy in ATSV! This weird sense of not belonging unless I'm with that person or people. That safety net of being there for me when I'm too much for anyone else in my life.

I've also made an amazing amount of friends from selfshipping with Clancy and Torchbearer! Both in the selfship community and in the 21p community alike! It's made me incredibly more social and willing to talk to others. Finding something that I'm passionate ab out to talk and not hold back on has made others find me approachable and I've had such wonderful times talking and developing my own self insert story and world!

It's more than just a 'hobby' for me as it's my special interest in a big way! I guess I'm one of those selfshippers who feel like I really am dating my F/Os in a way? I don't ever like to word it that way or label it/make a big deal out of anything other than the positive love I have for them when I can.
