Here’s a WIP of a Rose Sapphire I’m working on for a Steven Universe AU! I stopped working on her because I didn’t think I’d make a good design but I kept going and I’m happy with her so far! Feel free to send in an ask if you wanna know more and soon there will be a blog for the AU!
In summary, Rose Sapphire is from a group of gems named The Heart Gems, lead by an Era 1 Peridot and her girlfriend, Pink Corondum. The Heart Gems were formed during and after the war in an attempt to get both sides to become friendly towards each other and be friendly, and The Heart Gems grew in power and strength, fighting with love rather than hate. They also have some of the most mysterious technology out there, and a lot of them seem to have a collar with a glowing heart around their neck. They have a mysterious past and none of the other gems seem to know where they came from, but most of them are pink, have heart related clothing, and try to win with kindness and love rather than fighting. That’s what I have on the AU so far, I’m working on it with me and my spouse @come-back-vandarian ! Their Peridot is the main leader and my Pink Corundum is her girlfriend!

So here's our next diamond!
I originally wanted to give her a space background too, but it didn't feel right. So I decided to make a background that better reflected her character.
My problem is that I didn't originally plan to make all four Diamonds, if I had thought about it I would've chosen a different theme for Blue Diamond. Oh well.
