Packing and using a packer is a great way to reduce bottom dysphoria. For me personally, I deal with more bottom dysphoria than top dysphoria. Packing is the art of creating a realistic bulge in your pants to pass as male or just to feel more comfortable.
So here is how to pack. 😊
1.) First, figure out what you are packing for.
A) Soft- just to get the feel of it, and for everyday
Without A Commercially Made Packer
Using a sock-
+Roll it up and safety pin it in some tight briefs then out a pair of boxers over it
+If you wear boxers safety pin the sock inside of them
With A Commercial Made Packer
+If you like boxers then wear a jock strap and put the packer inside than out your boxers on
+Using a packer with a harness- if you use a harness then you can pretty much wear any type of underwear you want because with the use if a harness it will not move
B)Hard- usually done at home- you don’t want to get a binder in public .but if that what your going for go right ahead.
(This is usually done because your lover/partner is coming over “wink wink”)
+choose a dildo the bigger and harder it is can make it uncomfortable and harder to do for an extended amount of time
+get a harness you do not want your dick to fall out- trust me “awkward”
+Put it down the leg of your pants and or boxers
Tips-
-Try EVERYTHING at home first
-Practice sitting, walking standing, running
-an unlubed condom tied around your packer can keep it from getting “boxer lint”
-you should probably wear men’s pants when doing this but I have worn women’s and men’s (doing both methods) and for me, it didn’t make a difference
-pack around your house so you be use DTI doing it normally
-Soft packers, dildos, harnesses can be purchased online ( I will have another post about that )
-if your soft packer is sticky simply use some corn starch
