A lot of units, use her for hone fliers, any flier will enjoy that but if going it to a lance flier, give them hone atk/spd 1 and 2 from someone else first to give both brave lance and hone fliers.

Sanaki should be fine, you can keep TA on her or mirror strike is nice tho death blow is the ultimate goal.
As for Elise wrathful staff is pretty good for her considering her stats those ivs don’t affect her too much
