The short answer is trauma. The long answer is working back in her bar after the fire, trying to rebuild Max's trust and affection after basically abandoning them for several months, same but Jax, same but not Caleb. Also, the family drama and tension with her brother. Debating about leaving the pack. Also trying to finish her latest cookbook. And also trauma.
