As July comes to a close, we had a strange cold weather day. Coats and hats came out again. The wild swings in temperatures continue. This is the corner near my house. The garbage continues to pile up everywhere. Local businesses are trying to keep things clean but it’s a busy corner and with the garbage strike still continuing, the relief seems far away. People are still trying to get to work and carry on with life. Most people don’t have a choice, I imagine. Things are falling apart but the landlord still wants rent. It’s bleak.
