The silver teardrop of a mech knew time had passed when the strangest music filtered into his badly battered sensors when he’d finally come into range of Earth.

Time had passed. The multiverse had trundled on.

Bright golden optics hidden behind a dusty visor slowly flicker on, and a soft sigh stutters through nearly clogged vents.

A slow stretch. A huff. 

...memory files begin to collate, speaking of a hard crash, and lengthy repairs...

A rough vocalizer bzzzzes softly. Stuttering. 

One doesn’t expect to leave home sometimes. One doesn’t expect to be stranded light years from the familiar, from the family left behind, from the world and those he loved, but...what a strange feeling?

To see the sun of the solar system he never really expected to see again. To feel the warmth on his plating as the Familiar flashes before his optics.

Smiling to himself, he grabs a datapad, swiftly sketching the basic design on it…the beetle would sit on whatever surface it was set on upon finely wrought metal legs, but if someone placed their servo on its head, the wings would lift up and out, revealing a faintly glowing compartment in its abdomen. This is where the tiny music player would sit. As it played, it would flicker softly, the lights reflecting on the shining surface of the wings all the while.

//Something along this line? I can make up a few more designs, if you like!// He’d send the image along, chirruping cheerfully as he does so, beaming as he starts to fix up the drawing. Personal commissions were so much fun…

Red Alert vented a sigh of relief, chuckling as he responded. « Well, that’s refreshing, thank you. I’m aware that such pieces don’t put themselves together, and certainly not overnight. But I’m glad for your kindness, just the same. »

After countless millennia of fighting and agony, it was rather refreshing to simply sit down with someone and speak of things so simple and elegant. While he had grown up a mech of high social standing, it was still rare for him to find this sort of peace. To put his innermost thoughts and desires for his mate to words, to finally see something that he could give to display just how much he cared--it was an extraordinary feeling. It wouldn’t have been possible without Reuse, and for the mech’s charity and company, he was more than thankful.

Reuse is too much of a sweetspark for his own good.

5. What habits in other people irritate you? Rudeness, above all, puts you right at the top of my Shit list. Followed by bullying/putting others down specifically, then any sort of attitude like you're better than people.

6. Could you name five things you like about yourself? If you can, please do. A little positivity won’t hurt you today. 1. I love my hair, it is my pride and joy. 2. I am loyal to the end. Anything shy of trying to kill me/another friend will have no effect on my loving you(platonically. Romance gets a much higher standard.) 3. I am skilled at following the motto "Do No Harm but Take No Shit." 4. I am really good with animals. 5. My imagination makes people happy.

7. If you could visit anywhere, real or fictional, where would you visit? Hogwarts. During the Marauders Era, not Book Era.

8. Do you believe that anyone can be entirely evil? No. I dont believe in Pure White or Pitch Black- Everyone is a shade of grey.
