Oh look right here It is the dregs See his screams From stumpy legs
Dregs o dregs In unlight and mournful cry What fateful buttered-fingers Crafted thy sad asymmetry
Was the deadline Far too rough? Was decent crafting Far too tough?
Was the meat dated not-so-fine Was tissue grown Under mad-dog wine?
Who in hell left it Down in here? Was it pity, Was it fear? Was it the rent Went up a tier?
Are its yowls like heated cat? Or does it hunger Like pizza rat?
Does it dribble Acid piss, Or did thy tenant Leave it like this?
Does it hate with devil's bite, Or does the drywall just look Edible tonight?
Oh look right here the dregs Have come to stay How I wish it would go away.

So, I basically made a design that resembled the sort of crappy slapdash creation of a mad scientist, the hotdog scraps of monsters if you will, and I figured I may as well make it an ironic riff on The Tyger! With apologies to William Blake's ghost!
...And yes, I was thinking of that one Brawl in the Family strip with that opening line.
Drew this like yesterday but forgot to post it lmao
It's an old monster design I've been thinking of bringing back, named Scissormen. Essentially, they're spiderlike creatures comprised of garbage which have anywhere from 8-10 tentacles, maybe more. Each tentacle ends in a scissored claw that's used not only to traverse the junkyards they form in, but also for slicing up their prey.
The inside of their body is very, very hot, and it's assumed from their lack of stomach acids that they melt down their prey after consumption.

Hunt down Eugene's Eats and enjoy the finest the Sargasso Sea has to offer! *The term "fresh" is referring to the time it takes between retrieving said ingredients from the sea and preparing the dish. The term "fresh" is not referring to the condition of the ingredients when they are found. Â ** Thanks to food critic Shanton Garby, who claimed that it was "the most repulsive thing to ever exist in the world." Â Â *** Eugene's Eats is not responsible for any injury, choking, bleeding or death that may occur from the trinkets, scraps, toys, knives, used clothing or firearms that may be found within the Trash Bin Feast. Â Â ------------------------------------------------------- This culinary trash heap is the result of a request from Amanacer-Fiend0 , who wanted to see my take on his race of living trash containers, the Basura. Â Since such creatures come in all shapes and sizes (be it a bag, a trash can or a literal dumpster), I wound up making one that seems to be the fusion of a humanoid Bag-type and a Dumpster-type. This wacky guy was quite fun to design! Sargasso and the Basura belong to Amanacer-Fiend0
Before humanity fled into the massive sewer system below, it was just an expansive waste disposal system. All kinds of trash and filth was dumped into the labyrinth of pipes, sucking them away to processing plants far below. Of all the things disposed of in this system, grease and fat were frowned upon. The sticky globby substance would not go down the pipes correctly, and would only gunk up the works. Our ancestors were warned about pouring this down drains, as it would clog up the system and make things worse. But people did not listen. Over time, gallons of the greasy stuff was dumped into the system, clogging pipes and causing all sorts of messes. At first, sewer workers were the only ones who had to deal with these fatty clogs. But when the Starborn came and began to cleanse the planet's surface, the survivors of the brutal war soon found themselves far below in the filth. Living within the pipes, tunnels and caverns that made up the expansive system. Following close behind the fleeing humans came the Bdellis, the living fluid that flowed down the pipes from above. Growing, adapting, infecting. Drops of the ravenous organism found itself on these massive buildups of fat, and soon converted them into living weapons. The giant piles of grease have now turned to monstrous creatures, oozing their way through the tunnels and halls. Covered in rubbish and filth, they scour their path clean with sharpened debris and yawning maws. Though slow, they are not to be taken lightly. Their bodies are highly resilient, and can be squished down to fit into any hole. Workers who use the pipes and systems to transport water and nutrients to their towns will find these massive globs gunking up their systems, trying to reach human prey. When a Fatberg sloughs out of an intake pipe, a brutal battle will take place. Nothing but total destruction will stop their ceaseless pursuit.

Bin it, don't block it. Don't pour grease down your drains. Your descendants will thank you

Globsters are much like their terrestrial cousins, the Fatbergs. They are gross amalgamations of fat and garbage. However, their aquatic nature has allowed them to absorb extra materials and rubbish. Rotting blubber, lost nets and water borne scavengers are brought into the mass, converting it into extra limbs and weapons for the floating beast. They drift among the waterways and pipes, seeking prey to consume and assimilate. Though they do not possess the razor maw of the Fatbergs, they have some extra tools. From their mouths can come a variety of scavengers and tentacles, which are used to seize prey from their dry perches. Boneless limbs end with nasty hooks, beaks, claws and blunt objects, and are used to strike at foes that dare attack it. They can puke forth masses of slime and rotting blubber, dousing the flames that are used to burn their wet hides. Though they seem to drift aimlessly, they are active hunters, seeking populations to consume. With a variety of abilities and a thick, fatty body, they are not easy foes to defeat. One's best hope is to force them onto dry land or drain the pools they sit in. Under the weight of their own body, they will collapse upon themselves and become easy targets.
Police are looking for a man in connection with a possible hate crime at a south Edmonton LRT station.
The man, believed to be in his 60s, pulled a rope from his pocket, tied a noose and said: "This is for you."
