That was amusing. Whether or not it was an exaggeration didn’t matter, Mary was an interesting person. A little rough and difficult to talk to through such an abrasive personality, but he didn’t mind it either. He was very patient with people, and despite her cold exterior he believed her to be pleasant company.

Having met his Master, the Ruler had decided that now was a perfect time to begin gathering some information. While he had no intention of becoming an aggressive existence within the War unless it became absolutely necessary, it would be remiss of him to not put in the work and effort to ensure that he and his Master survived until the end.

It was in this process that he stumbled upon a girl that, if he was pressed, he would have to describe as ‘rough around the edges’, at best. Still, he would have to deal with other people with far more unpleasant auras before long, so he thought it best to proceed forwards with his original plan.

“Oh-ohohohoho~!”

Loud laughter was erupting from a women being carried by multiple men down a street, sitting comfortably on their shoulders. Each one of the men seemed to have completely blank expression as they carried her along.

“Okay, stooooooop here!”

With her order they stopped and gently let her down, right in front of some fancy cafe. With a please expression on her face, the women snapped her fingers. Then, in an instant, all the around her jolted, expressions of confusion crossed their face as they looked around, shrugged their shoulders, and left.

Noticing someone staring at the scene, the busty lady stared right back.

Tohru stood in the middle of the street, interrupting any foot traffic trying to pass by. However, most people just turned around when they saw her trying desperately to open up portals and magic circles and the like. The more frustrated she got, the more she tried to put into it, complete with weird poses. Unfortunately, nothing was working. She could make a portal. That was easy. It could go from one district to the other and there’d be nothing to worry about. But as soon as she tried going anywhere else, it just wouldn’t cooperate with her, whether she was trying to go to Miss Kobayashi’s apartment or even her own world. Tohru punched the air in front of her, and clearly that did nothing either. 

The Entertainment District, was it? She knew a very certain someone would appreciate this location out of the entire city (if he were to be found around here). Why was she here in the first place? Oh, of course. She needed to see if there were good bars around here, just in case she would have to go to one after a long day. In fact, she might have needed one at this point with suddenly being transported here. While she kept wandering around though, she saw a girl that appeared to be staring at something. Right in front of her stood the arcade, where lights blinked rapidly all around. 

I wonder what she’s so focused about? She thought to herself, but before she knew it, the other looked back at her, seemingly being aware that someone was staring at them. In that moment, she froze for a bit, and was at a loss for words on what to say.
