Hey howdy ladies, gents, and other :) I have a message regarding timing, but it is very important.  

So Saturday of AWA, the timing has been announced for the huge homestuck photoshoot, which is to be held at 4:13 pm. It is supposed to start ON THE DOT. However, our photoshoot is at 5:00 pm, only about 45 minutes later. I'd really like to be as punctual as possible since this is a free proffessional photoshoot.

The large shoot at momocon only lasted about half an hour so hopefully the AWA one will be done about 10 to 5:00. However, if that is not the case, here's what will happen: Since the beta and alpha kids are always first to go in the photoshoots, they should be fine. However, if you are a troll with a high caste blood color and are still getting your pictures done at the large photoshoot near 5 pm, dont stress.

For the kids and low caste trolls, as soon as your pictures are done, about a quarter to 5, start heading out to the courtyard where our galacticbent photoshoot will be. We will do individual shots first! For higher caste trolls, as soon as you finish your pictures at the big shoot, immediately head to the courtyard, that way you will be on time to get your individual shots done and you won't miss any group shots. 

To sum things up: don't panic about being late, head immediately to the galacticbent shoot after the big photoshoot, and no dilly dallying. 

Hey everyone! So the convention is still a month and a half off, but I'd like to urge everyone, if you have WIP pics or want an opinion about a part of your costume, please post them here in the "galacticbent awa" tag.

Also, we have just 3 spots left in the group! So if anyone knows any good Tavros or Equius cosplayers (it is very unlikely that we will find a Bec Noir), please refer them to me! Lastly, remember: if you can't make it to the convention or won't get your costume done on time, tell me ASAP. If you only find out the day of that you can't make it, send me or Eclipsedequinox a message. Please don't just not show up with no explanation, that happened when I cosplayed militarystuck, it's common courtesy guys.

Place: The courtyard, although we may all meet in the lobby than move out into the courtyard

General info:

Okay first off, a brief note on behavior. Affliction Cosplay Studios is nice enough to do this professional photoshoot for free. However, in the past, he has had issues with homestuck groups misbehaving, being obnoxiously in character, and trashing the shoot location. Both these things being said, everyone needs to be on their BEST behavior.

We will have group shots of beta kids, alpha kids, beta trolls, and alpha trolls. We will then have a large group shot and individual photos. If we have time at the end, we can do shipping and strife pictures.

Everyone needs to be there ON TIME, or we will start without you.

If you discover you can no longer make the time, the day, or finish the costume, please let me know as soon as possible so that I can make your spot available again.

A small note for the trolls: I'd do just regular horns instead of blood color so that we have some continuity. If you've already started making your horns in the blood color like in the concept art, it's fine.

Another note for trolls: I recommend taking 10 minutes before the shoot to touch up your makeup!
