#galactic circus

I’m having an absolute blast blast in Melbourne... I have no idea where to even start to be honest… Let’s go with last night, there was a Roo Teeth event at the bowling alley near the convention centre, which unfortunately I couldn’t get tickets for. Either way I had planned on going to the arcade in the same building, it also meant I got to meet a fellow fan and made a new friend :) …who lives in Melbourne :\ hopefully we keep in touch. Anyway, during the event Ray came down into the arcade and I managed to get a photo with him, my new friend, Jimmy, got to play a game with Ray… No joke, so fucking jealous. During the night I tended to gravitate towards this shooter called Operation GHOST, which meant I nearly missed Ray… But I mean on one hand gaaaaaames on the other Ray, it’s a tough call… And holy shit I just realised I spent $60 at the arcade, I may have gone overboard oops. After the official event ended they opened up the bowling alley to everyone and I got to see the game they had going and nearly fucking killed myself standing on a stool like a fucking idiot. After the game wrapped up I managed to get a photo with Jack (Jack won by the way). I’d like to thank Jimmy one more time for taking the photos and sending them to me after I realised, like an idiot (yeah there’s a theme, I’m an idiot) I’d forgotten my phone. I still had $20 to burn on my card and I thought maybe I could grab Ray (not literally) for a quick game as he was leaving the bowling alley, but me being me I was a little shy and worried that I’d be bothering him so I didn’t ask… maybe I should have :\ but I guess it’s too late, I’m leaving today :( I wish this weekend could have lasted forever.

Got so spoilt yesterday, omfg! Baby took me to the Melb Show, tried to win me a teddy but ended up winning a whoopie coushin - hehe - got some show bags. Was such a shame i couldn't go on any rides would have completed the whole Melb Show experience :) Beau then took me to his fave fish and chip shop and brought us this amazing lunch - which was absolutely amzing!! Next Beau took me for a walk along the Yara - which was completely romantic. Off the Yara into crown through to Galactic Circus for an hour or 2 of relaxing and playing video games and such. Wining over 1,000 tockets getting a cute little zombie which you squeeze and its brains and stuff pop out, 2 adventure time blow up swords and a zombie chew show bag :3 We had about 200 tockets left and decided to be good people and give them to this little boy :3 Then back home completed with subway for dinner. I can honestly say that was the most amazing day i've ever had and to have been able to spend it with my beautiful boy was even more amazing. I am so lucky to have such an amazong partner and soon-to-be father :) I love him with my whole heart!

Out of curiosity, I decided to pass the videogame arcade (Galactic Circus at Crown Entertainment Complex) on the way to the carpark after work. Lo and behold, there's a new DDR machine (X-3, if I remember correctly)! I found that my skill level hasn't degraded as much as I thought it would have, but my fitness level... totally non-existent (then again, I did just finish work)! So, while I may see some of my hard-earned dosh fly into that machine, I might have another way of improving my endurance levels...
