i have trouble sleeping. it usually takes me an hour to fall asleep and i do not know what to do about it. i tried exercising, i tried meditation, (meditation helps sometimes) and i tried a lot of other things. i do not want to take pills for it but i do want to be able to fall asleep easier. - G^2
there could be so many reasons, why you cannot fall asleep, that it is hard to tell you, what exactly you should do, to make it better.
Maybe meditation will help you, maybe a different feeding will help you, maybe listening to music will help you, maybe a herbal tea before sleeping will help, maybe not being in front of the phone/computer/tv before sleeping will help you.
Try to find new ways, try them out, and see what helps you the best, and talk to a doctor about it, they know the most about such things, and I think, they can help you the best.
