Sometimes I’ll be fine, and then I’ll remember that Wyldfyre is canonically afraid of heights, and that Kai has saved her from numerous heights and falls (when she almost fell in the skeleton’s spiky pit, or the Pit of No Return, or the tentacle hole, or when they had to climb out of the cliff). When she was a child and almost fell from the cliff where she was trying to get a fruit from (I’m like 87% certain that this is where that fear comes from), Heatwave saved her— her family. Kai was constantly saving her from one of her biggest fear in the same way as her one life long family without even knowing it.
