"It defo sounds like it," Bronwyn starts with a nod, finishing up the pattern she'd been drawing in the dirt with a stick. It kept her focused and helped her think when taking a walk wasn't an option. Not that she minded, she thought it was important to hear others out, listen to their stories, and feel their feelings. She sets her stick down to look at Louise properly, offering a sympathetic smile.
"We all get bogged down sometimes, yeah? Heaps and heaps of troubles and all that. I’m soz that happened, ‘cause I reckon nobody should have to go through it. Ya know, I had some rough times myself before venturin’ outta the bush.”
Bronwyn wasn’t usually very good at talking about her feelings, but she thought she’d give it a shot. Better to try to relate than to leave someone feeling like they’re alone.
