The first time Steve Harrington broke up with you it was bad, you were a mess so naturally you turned to your bestfriend in the whole world, Eddie Munson. Now when he got to your house he wasn’t sure what he was expecting to see, but you sitting on the edge of your bed crying while holding one of Steve’s sweatshirts surely wasn’t it. He did what he did best, pulled you into his chest and let you cry because this seemed to be the one thing Steve was good at, making you cry. Now Eddie doesn’t hate anyone, well maybe one person but he’s not worth bringing up, but he feels like he could punch Steve square in his face for how often Eddie has to pick up the pieces of your heart after Steve shatters it.
When he goes to pull away from the hug to check in with you and see how you’re doing he is caught off guard when you place your lips on his. He knows he should stop it before it goes any further because you’re upset and you’re not in your right state of mind but when you whisper a “please Eddie.” He’s done for, he won’t deny that he’s thought about what it would be like to kiss you a few hundred times but he never thought it would actually happen. So the next thing he knows both of your clothes are in a pile on your floor and your head is resting on his chest while his arms are wrapped around you and that’s the first of many times Eddie finds himself in this position and he’s not gonna lie he likes how it feels.
