Being weak is more dangerous! 😜 You may have seen me lifting and transforming my body over the past few years and had different opinions about why I'm lifting, "concerned about me buffing up", etc. They are YOURS to keep, however, I don't know how many ways I can explain to you, that the difference between the body.... that you love for what it is vs. The amazing body that you love that's sculpted to show your curves....is what you eat plus what and how often you lift. Ladies, anyone can release weight quickly with the latest Dr. Oz diet, liposuction, lots of cardio, etc, however, you will probably have lots of loose skin and still have that #kangaroopouch that you hate..... . "But... Felicia, I don't wanna start looking like a man when I lift weights!" ❌Unless you are taking supplements/steroids to build your muscles quicker......you will absolutely maintain your feminine features (facial and voice) that you love while shaping up your curves and best features with weights. Just know this, YES, if you don't know what you're doing, weight lifting can be dangerous so hire a trainer to guide you!, As I've gotten stronger and increased how much I lift, my mindset has expanded as well.......to all of the possibilities that I never thought would manifest in this lifetime. I can't imagine what my life would look like had I never said YES to living out my dreams....without concern for what ANYONE thinks.
