I’m a nurse. My plan is to be a nurse practitioner one day. I will work in dermatology because I already do and I love it. Recently I had started to realize I was depressed. I sought help (LIKE YOU SHOULD PLS) but not in enough time. I should have asked for help sooner while I was struggling in school. I let life and feelings get the better of me and I ended up failing out of graduate school a few weeks ago. But this does not define me. This is not the end of my journey. Since getting help I have already felt like a new woman despite this giant setback. I wasn’t sure if I would ever be able to feel happy after such a failure and I figured if I did reach a happy point I would feel guilty about being happy even though I failed. It’s a lot of mixed emotions going on right now. But I think I’m doing better than I ever was.

So anyways the @taylorswift concert was something I finally had to look forward to. It was honestly the greatest night. I saw her during fearless and 1989 and these shows keep getting better! Andrea waved to me and I cried a little. After coming back home I mentioned to my older sister that I would love to see Taylor again. I told her how amazing it was and how we danced. I talked her into going to Nashville with me! Our aunt and cousin will be with us too. I told her I needed it for my mental health! Hah. Which is true though I am better.

You’ve given me a lot to be happy about lately, Taylor. I am not a failure and i will be ok. You make me feel that way. Thank you. I haven’t really talked about this to a ton of people because it’s embarrassing to admit that I’m not in school anymore. I don’t give the reason, I just tell people I’m on a little break. I guess I feel like it’s safe to talk about here because I don’t have many followers so it’s basically just getting it off my chest with the chance that Taylor may see it one day. Hopefully. See you in Nashville where I will be shaking it off so hard
