His animal half is a peryton! He comes from a really secluded village in the mountains, it’s a refuge for creatures that are being hunted, and he was one of the founders. Fat middle-aged man who’s been around long enough to be distrustful of outsiders. He's very devoted to protecting the village. He’s one of the biggest creatures there and works as a blacksmith. He’s real gruff and jaded from a difficult life, but cares pretty deeply about the children of the village and looks after them, especially since losing his own son. He is the fakest idgafer ever, he’s terrible at admitting when he cares about or respects people, but he’s also terrible at hiding it and he’s always ready to defend what he cares for. He’s polyamory, and has never really been opposed to courting someone new, so there’s always a chance with him ☝️
