He only has a few days left. Snoopy was fostered temporarily during the peak of our pandemic, he was noted as being a happy boy that wanted to be your lap dog and sit on the couch with you or lay in your bed. However, he was returned from his foster afterwards for being protective of the foster in the home. Due to this reason for return, the shelter has decided he is no longer available for public adoption and must be fostered/adopted through rescue or will be euthanized. When Snoop isn't in his kennel waiting to be rescued he loves to adventure. I've spent time with him on both the trails and the beach. Snoopy needs a strong leader to teach him boundaries. You must also be able to handle receiving kisses and giving plenty of butt scratches. Snoopy walks GREAT on leash, checks in regularly with good eye contact, knows sit and shake, takes treats very gentle and enjoys falling asleep in the car after a nice adventure. π¨ Snoopy is in desperate need of a committed experienced foster THIS WEEKEND and a rescue commitment by a 501c3 non-profit rescue or will be euthanized Monday. π¨ The team at @ocshelterpets is committed to helping Snoopy find a live outcome and a place to call home! If you can foster/adopt or are a rescue that needs more information or you can help, please contact [email protected] as soon as possible or call 714-699-3481.
