I have a question.
Do people really believe that being a Stay-at-Home-Mommy is a simple, sit around doing absolutely nothing job ?!?!?
I'm extremely confused. I'm a FULL-TIME Mom. I get no breaks. I don't live close to Family so it isn't like my boys can go off on a weekend to their grandparents house or aunts/uncle's house. I'm also a FULL-TIME Chef. I cook breakfast, lunch dinner and snacks. I've had to learn new recipes to change things up for breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks. I'm a FULL-TIME Laundrymat and house keeper.
My boys don't just run around like chickens with their heads cut off. We have a routine most days unless it's a regular off day. We always have school stuff during the day time and I'm their teacher. I'm basically homeschooling them now.
I have 2 dogs I also have to keep in line. Their both still pups. I trim their nails regularly, brush them bathe them, take then to parks to play and get exercise. When they get sick I take them to the doctor or hospital if it's bad. They're my 2 fur babies.
So, in total I have 4 babies. 7 y/o 6 y/o, 1 y/o & 10 month old. My 1 year old pup is a girl. She gets her period every 6 months and I have to change it for her or she'll stain everything. I have to changer her pad and undies everyday.
Since I'm home, I make sure I have every doctors appointment, grocery plan, school schedule, bills, etc. Is on my calendar to help me remember EVERYTHING !!!
I'm not working so, I have to depend on others right now because of the pandemic. Being a FULL-TIME, Stay-At-Home-Mommy isn't a job that should be taken lightly. This isn't for everyone. Kids alone isn't for everyone. Caring for others isn't for everyone.
