There's an inherent misunderstanding of the roles and responsibilities a true community manager should own. Often times, leaders think they need a CM when it's really an acquisition manager or social media role that would best serve their purposes. With that in mind, Sarah wrote an article for FullStart addressing three questions you should ask yourself before hiring a CM. By focusing on these questions, you're far more likely to align your community efforts with your business goals, and ultimately see success with your new hire.
Before even finding the right community manager, there a few questions to ask yourself that will exponentially increase your new hire's chance of success.
