ah, bucky speaks quite a few we know, whether itās through his family, schooling, time in hydra as the winter soldier. the most fluent, iād say, would be english, russian, romanian. the least, between french and xhosa / wakandan. he can understand french and xhosa pretty well, though he might take a second to respond as heās trying to translate from the language to english to the language again. having learnt so many languages, itās also fairly easy for him to pick up basics of other languages ... give him some time and heāll probably be able to keep up with typical / casual conversations. also fluent in asl! it takes him a moment to switch over, from speaking and signing to just signing in most situations.
his tone of voice also changes with different languages! tone, inflections, emotions, just overall how he speaks is different between say english and romanian. his default is english, though if your muse prefers something else in a language he knows, heāll just switch over to that. in heated arguments, there have been times where he goes back to english. a noted brooklyn accent. / @fullofmemories

rolling his eyes, surprisingly NOT in exaggeration, the sokovian mimicked whatever nonchalant 'WARNING' S.H.I.E.L.D was issuing him with now. he didn't care. all he cared about was literally...ANYTHING else.
