workouts
I have been doing cardio workouts this week. Yesterday I wanted to do something different than cardio that's why I did a 30 min. NTC workout - be stronger - Full action. It was a tough one... had only 1 min. recovery. Today I will probably do a Zwow. Only have to decide which one.
Regarding the stretches for the front splits... oh man. I find it hard to do them every day because I don't like doing them... so boring. I'm not a quitter. I think I never quitted doing something, but this is soooooooooooo boring :S On the other hand I would love to be able to perform the front splits. Do you have any tips?
