A lot of lessons learned today. I competed against three men on average 20 years younger than me, two outweighed me by over 100 pounds, the other has a solid 30 pounds muscles on me. And you know what I learned about jiujitsu? How much my love for you continues to grow in many ways because of practicing Jiujitsu at Paragon. Jiujitsu athletes love people. We love life. As much as Jiu-Jitsu looks and is a physical combat sport. The overall majority of people in the Jiu-Jitsu community are loving, caring, people interested in making the world a better place.
